This includes correspondence, reports, memoranda, and published articles from the Office of the Independent Counsel, Congress, the White House, and the public. The incidentally processed material relates to independent counsels other than Mr. Walsh, including Alexia Morrison, Joseph DiGenova, and Judge Lacey's investigation of the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro.
