Education Program: Storytelling, "Forgotten Heroes - The Buffalo Soldiers"

Two free programs: 10:30-11:30 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m. CST; Grades 3-8

This program depicts the rich legacy and history of the African-American cavalry and infantry regiments through authentic stories, artifacts and music. The 9th Cavalry and 24th and 25th Infantry in Texas provided important historical records for the living history performance by The Buffalo Soldiers.
