Night at the Museum Halloween Event
The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum presents our fifth annual Children's Costume Contest and Trick-or-Treating Halloween event, sponsored by Atkinson Toyota and Candy 95. This free event is from 3-7 p.m. and is for children 12 and under. The schedule is as follows:
- 3 - 7 p.m. - Activities on the plaza and Trick-or-Treating in the museum
- 6:30 - 7 p.m. - Costume Contest finale, plaza
Note: The rotunda will be open until 7:30 p.m., with no visitors allowed into the museum exhibit galleries after 7 p.m.
Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes in the following categories:
- Ages 3 and under
- Ages 4-6
- Ages 7-9
- Ages 10-12
- Most Original Costume
- Best Family or Group

We will be collecting donations of nonperishable food items at the Halloween event for the Food for Families holiday food drive. Collection boxes will be at the main entrance near security. Come and take some candy, and please help us feed the Brazos Valley this holiday season.
There will be a free shuttle from the Bush Library and Museum to the Brazos Valley Bomber's Ballpark Boofest at American Momentum Bank Park. The shuttle will run from 5-9 p.m. For more information about the Ballpark Boofest go to ballparkboofest.com.
