Halloween Event
The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum presents our third annual Children's Costume Contest and Trick-or-Treating Halloween event. This free event is from 5:30-8 p.m. and is for children 12 and under. The schedule is as follows:
- 5:30-7:00 p.m. — Trick-or-Treating
- 7:00-8:00 p.m. — Costume Contest
Come see Brazos Valley Bombers mascot KaBoom.
Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes in the following categories:
- Ages 0-3
- Ages 4-6
- Ages 7-9
- Ages 10-12
- Most Original Costume
- Best Family or Group
Adults are eligible to participate in the non-age specific categories. For more information, please contact Tracy Paine at (979) 691-4014 or tracy.paine@nara.gov.
We will be collecting donations of nonperishable food items at the Halloween event for the holiday food drive. Collection boxes will be at the main entrance near security. Come and take some candy, and please help us feed the Brazos Valley this holiday season.
