Issues Forum: NASA Food System Engineer, Nani Arce

The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum Issues Forum presents NASA Food System Engineer, Nani Arce at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19. This interactive lecture will focus on the flight food production and processing. Additionally, Ms. Arce will share some tips on how networking and setting personal goals assists in both personal and professional growth.

Nani Arce is a Food System Engineer for United Space Alliance which is the primary contractor for NASA. Ms. Arce has been engineering flight food hardware for shuttle flights and the International Space Station for six years. She received a Bachelor's of Science in Food Science & Technology from Texas A&M University and a Master's of Science in Technological Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
