Bush Presidential Library Issues Forum presents: Dr. James H. "Red" Duke, Jr. Not only is he recognized in the Museum’s current exhibit "Texas Lone Stars", but Dr. Red Duke established a groundbreaking medical school in Afghanistan, developed the air ambulance program "Life Flight", appeared as a television personality on “Texas Health Report” and “Bodywatch”, and currently teaches as a professor of surgery in the University of Texas Health Science Center.
