Celebrate Constitution Week! Come and add your signature to The Constitution in the Rotunda! Historical impressionist Peter M. Small will perform as our nation’s first President, George Washington and bring to life his role in the development of The Constitution of the United States. He has performed previously at the Ronald Reagan and Herbert Hoover Presidential Libraries.
