Classic Film Series -- Marjorie Morningstar
Date(s): July 14, 2005 to December 31, 1969
The Museum at the George Bush Presidential Library presents Marjorie Morningstar, part of the Classic Film Series, at 7:00 p.m. in the Bush Library Auditorium. A college student working as counselor at a summer camp falls for an older, second rate dramatist working at a nearby summer theater. Despite her parents' objections and his own warning, Marjorie and Noel embark on an on-again-off-again romance. Natalie Wood and Gene Kelly (in a rare dramatic role) star. Admission and refreshments are FREE. For more information, call 979-691-4038.
