Bush Museum Storytellers Guild

The Bush Museum Storytellers Guild presents "The Vaquero," an interactive presentation by Angel Vigil describing the role of the Spanish/Mexican vaquero (cowboy) in the origins and development of cowboy culture in the American West. Included are stories about the working vaquero's tools and demonstrations of the techniques of bullwhip cracking and trick roping. Come see his historically accurate costume of the 1700s vaquero!
