Bush Library Issues Forum

The Bush Library Issues Forum presents Anne Armstrong, former Ambassador to Great Britain from 1976-1977. After serving as ambassador, Mrs. Armstrong chaired the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board (PFIAB) from 1981-1990.
