Bush Library Issues Forum: Kasey Pipes

Bush Presidential Library Issues Forum presents: Kasey Pipes. Mr. Pipes served in the Bush White House, wrote speeches for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and was chief author of the 2004 National Republican Party Platform. He now serves as President of The Pipes Company, a corporate communications consulting firm, and is a commissioned officer in the United States Navy Reserve.

Mr. Pipes is also the celebrated author of "Ike's Final Battle: The Road to Little Rock and the Challenge of Equality", and he will be at the Museum discussing his life experiences and his book, which chronicles two great stories of the 20th century: Dwight D. Eisenhower and the civil rights movement. The Issues Forum begins at 7 p.m. in the Museum Orientation Theater, with a book signing and reception to follow.
