George Bush Presidential Library Foundation To Donate Proceeds To Katrina Fund

College Station, TX - The George Bush Presidential Library Foundation will make a donation to the Hurricane Katrina Disaster Relief Fund for the total amount of museum admission fees collected during this weekend.

“This is not a percentage deal,” stated Museum Director Warren Finch. “All of the money collected for museum admission on Saturday and Sunday will be given to the Hurricane Katrina Fund.” Additional contributions will be accepted by way of a donation box located in the Library Rotunda. The total amount collected will be announced on Monday.

The Museum at the George Bush Presidential Library hours are Monday – Saturday, 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00 until 5:00 p.m. Museum admission is $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for senior citizens 62+ and groups of 20 or more with reservations. Children 6 and older are $2.00 TAMU and Blinn college students as well as children under 6 are free.
