Classic Film Series Presents Summertime

College Station, TX - The Museum at the George Bush Presidential Library continues its summer lineup of the Classic Film Series with Summertime (1955) on June 23, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. in the Presidential Conference Center. Katherine Hepburn plays an independent spinster who finally takes her dream vacation to Venice, Italy. There she unexpectedly finds romance with a married antiques dealer and is forced to choose between her heart and her mind. David Lean beautifully captures the spirit and beauty of Venice in this romantic drama. Admission and refreshments are FREE. For more information, call 979-691-4038.The Museum at the George Bush Presidential Library hours are Monday – Saturday, 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00 until 5:00 p.m. Museum admission is $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for senior citizens 62+ and active retired military with ID, as well as groups of 20 or more with advance reservations. Children 6 and older are $2.00; TAMU and Blinn College students as well as children under 6 are free.
