In honor of Patriot Day and America's heroes, The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum will offer free admission to all military service members, fire, police and EMS workers, and their immediate family members Sept. 11.
Military service members, including active, retired, Reserve and National Guard, and fire, police and EMS workers must show a valid ID to receive free admission.
Saturday, the Bush Library and Museum will present a military service member, fire, police or EMS worker with an American flag that has flown over the Bush Library and Museum. An additional six American flags from the Bush Library and Museum will be presented to American heroes at the Texas A&M football game Saturday.
The Bush Library and Museum also announces the extension of the Blue Star Program. Originally scheduled to end Labor Day, the program will offer free admission to active-duty military service members and their immediate family members throughout the year.
