Grand Reopening Media Day

College Station, TX - The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum is hosting a media day for local, state, regional and national media on November 9, 2007. Museum Director, Warren Finch and Curator, Patricia Burchfield will lead members of the media on a guided tour of the newly remodeled museum highlighting the numerous updates and changes as well as highlighting the technological improvements. Media teams will be able to capture B-roll and take photographs during the tour.
At the conclusion of the tour the museum will provide a light lunch. Following lunch former President Bush will stop by and make brief remarks concerning the new museum exhibits. President Bush will field questions following his remarks.
Following President Bush's remarks a second opportunity to capture imagery from the museum will be presented.
