The Zweifels created Abraham Lincoln's Office based on a rare sketch they discovered by C.K. Stellwagen. The sketch identified certain objects in the room and included a description of the color of the wallpaper. This office also served as the Cabinet Room and was where Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This room, therefore, was worthy of the years of research and work that it took the Zweifels.
