Trains: Tracks of the Iron Horse - Exhibit Sponsors
Union Pacific
The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum gratefully acknowledges the generous financial and in-kind contributions of the Union Pacific Corporation. As the Gold Sponsor of the exhibit, Union Pacific has provided significant financial resources together with artifacts from the Union Pacific Museum in Council Bluffs, Iowa; railroad hardware; painting locomotive 4141 in a special George Bush Presidential Library and Museum paint scheme; and hosting a Bush Library excursion from College Station to Dallas and return. The staff at the George Bush Library salute the professionalism and skill of Union Pacific employees at all levels of the corporation. Thank you for making the exhibit a success.
George Bush Presidential Library Foundation
The George Bush Presidential Library Center is comprised of the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum, the George Bush School of Government and Public Service, the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation, and the International Center. The George Bush Presidential Library Center sponsors an exciting array of exhibits, lectures, conferences, and special events. The Center's focus is to bring to public attention prominent scholars, practitioners, and artists in a format that invites public participation and exposure to leading scholarly, policy, and cultural events.
Center for Railroad Photography & Art
The Center for Railroad Photography & Art is a nonprofit arts organization that preserves and presents visually exciting images of railroading. This focus on visual representations sets the Center apart from most other historical and preservation organizations. It does not maintain its own museum space but instead collaborates with other institutions and scholars. The Center, incorporated in 1997 in Wisconsin, has received 501(c)3 status from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service. Its board of directors represents a broad range of
interests and professions. Individual and institutional gifts make its programs possible.
Overland Models
Since 1976, Overland Models has been a premier importer of fine brass scale models. The company's new ownership, having passed from father to son, is steeped in the family's passion for and knowledge of model railroads. We are dedicated to OMI's tradition of quality, service and attention to detail, and are taking bold steps to introduce new models and features to delight the most discerning collector and hobbyist.
